You retain ownership of your music and related materials. By using our distribution service you grant us the rights described in our Artist Agreement so that we can deliver and administer your releases. You are responsible for ensuring you hold all rights necessary to distribute your content.

The Kingmichaelbeats name, logo, website, and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

06Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms and stores, each with their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those third parties.

07Fees and payment

Fees for our services are agreed with you directly, including any custom quotes. Royalty payments are handled as set out in your Artist Agreement.

08Disclaimers

Our site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific placement, streams, revenue, or outcomes.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingmichaelbeats LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of our site or services.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kingmichaelbeats LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your content or your breach of these Terms.

11Termination

We may suspend or end your access to our services if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may stop using our services at any time.
